I have question for install Oracle database 19c (IP ADDRESS OF LOCALHOST COULD NOT BE DETERMINED)

I have no idea how to solve this problem...
log always stops at (Checking whether the IP address of the localhost could be determined...)
sry for poor english and computer knowledge..
plz help me

You should mention what O.S you are trying to install, there may be configuration steps specific to the O.S.
If you are on windows, try disabling IPV6 before running the installer, it may solve the issue (at least it was reported on a couple of similar questions on StackOverflow).
