Java 8 update 321 Installation Fails with Error Code 1722

The Java Application Update 321 Installation fails with Error 1722 and also we followed the KB provided by vendor
https://www.java.com/en/download/help/error_1722.html Follow above KB steps but still not installing and failed. Please help with this case.

I encountered the error "Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."
