OA Controller Extension Issue : Could not create Java class:probably because the class name is wrong

Oracle Application : 12.2.10
getting below issue when extended the seeded controller and in personalization of the page , given the new controller path.
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not create Java class: (xxcus.oracle.apps.ar.cusstd.acctoview.webui.AcctOviewPageCOEx8) associated with region: (PageLayoutRN). This is probably because the class name is wrong or not included in project.
did anyone face this issue?

What technologies and tools are used. If JDeveloper and ADF please post question on the JDeveloper and ADF forum.

Thank you for your comments. The issue has been resolved. In R12.2.10 we need to have the jar file creation and OACORE services bounce to reflect any customizations for OAF page. Once uploaded the java and XML files to server, below steps are mandatory.
Jar file creation as below.
$ cd $AD_TOP/bin
$ pwd
$ adcgnjar
and OACORE services bounce.
