Create a new community group

If I'm interested in creating a new group within Oracle Communities, how do I go about doing so or who do I need to contact to do so?

Hi,
I try to find what Oracle means by the term "Oracle Communities"...
"Communities - Use communities to group catalog items for specific topics, such as finance, technology, health, and safety. Each community has its own Learning Catalog that learners can browse to discover learning for that topic. Communities can be open, closed, or secret. Open communities can be discovered by everyone. Closed communities require approval before learners can join. Secret communities can only be seen by learners who are explicitly added as members to that community."
Here are what I found:
1 - Learning Community (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/talent-management/22a/fatul/overview-of-learning-communities.html#s20057041)
Create a new Learning Community
2 - User Groups (https://supportrenewalshelp.oracle.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1233?)
Login https://supportrenewals.oracle.com/apex/f?p=supportrenewal:home:0
I'm not sure which is right? I couldn't create a new community learning, however, could open a user group. Hope it helps.

Hi nkolaba - sorry for the confusion with my question. I was particularly asking about how to start a new group so that it would appear in the list of "Groups" to join on the Developer Community page. Is the process to do so the same as the user groups you were referring to on the Support Renewals site?
