Problems with sql developer Version 21.4.2.018

Hi. I have installed SQL developer Version 21.4.2.018 and I have some problems against the old version 3.0.04, which I used before.
- After compiling a package for debugging all breakpoints in the current editor change the row number (to last row of package) in the list of breakpoints, but the red point stays in the same place. However, all breakpoints do not work.
- Completion insight (code templates, ora objects ...) does not work in pl/SQL editor, despite the fact that my settings for this feature are OK.
