How to install Oracle Database 21c SE2 from rpm on Oracle Linux8

Hi,
When I install the database using the rpm it seems to be EE (Enterprise Edition) only,
I can't find a way to install SE2 with the rpm, I guess it's not just a licensing issue?
This page https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/oracle-database-software-downloads.html
says: 21.3 - Enterprise Edition (also includes Standard Edition 2)
says: An RPM-based Oracle Database installation is not available for Standard Edition 2.

Yes, AFAIK rpm installation is only for EE. The phrase you mentioned "also includes Standard Edition 2" is a generic one that is for the "classic" installation,
