Are Java downloads currently broken?

I get
Oracle Access Manager Operation Error
The WebGate plug-in is unable to contact any Access Servers.
Contact your website administrator to remedy this problem.
when I attempt to download.
Same result on or off my work network.
Another remote colleague has confirmed the same behavior.

I am also getting this message
-
All downloads are broken
Failure of Web Server bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.
And
Oracle Access Manager Operation Error
The WebGate plug-in is unable to contact any Access Servers.
Nobody from Oracle is responding?

I only posted here - as I didn't know where else I can post the fault.
Any suggestions?

It was a question for the Oracle employees. I've tried through sales and support but I ended there by all kind of chatbots not really helpful 😔 The errors are still there, just checked it. I hope that someone of Oracle will read this post and a lot of other posts about this subject and that they will take action and solve the download problem.
