Interactive Grid - How to Fix Column Width?

Hi I am working with IG; this column is a textarea (See picture). I set height to 3 lines but doesn't work. Rendering is showing 1 line.

Resizable is set to "Yes"

What shall I do to display a description text in multiple lines?

Text is just 125 characters long can be up to 200 but I need to have it on 2 lines at least.

Is it because of control break? Shouldn't be...

Variable height rows in interactive grids are not supported until APEX 21.1.

Ok Thanks for answer but can I at least add a Tooltip to display the full text on hover?

Isn't that automatic? It is in 21.x.

Ok got it. The upgrade would be discussed first. That would be surely in another release. Customer cannot wait...

Can we at least fix the column width to a specific width pixels? I know only about minimum width but not maximum.

Reason is Report is too wide now.
