"Preferences" section missing in the "Oracle Data Modeler" Menu (macOs Monterey)

Hi community,
after installing the Oracle Data Modeler application, when launching it I cannot see the "Preferences" section in the "Oracle Data Modeler" Menu.
Is it a bug?
Please find below the list of installed components.

Hi,
As this 'Packaged Applications' section is rarely checked, it's best to raise your questions in the main APEX discussion area - just for future reference.
We recently updated the zips that are available for download from GitHub. So could you please re-download the zip in question and retry the installation, which I presume you tried on apex.oracle.com.
