Schema roles

I have a schema user and I would like to grant him the following set of permissions:

- Create/Modify/Drop for Tables, Materialized Views, Views, Sequences, Synonyms, Triggers, Indexes, Packages/Procedures/Functions, Scheduler objects, each for the user's own objects.

Is there any specific pre-defined role available in Oracle 19c SE2 that can full-fill this requirement?

@Mike Kutz: But, it might have some undesirable privileges too. (Eg Unlimited Tablespace)

Oracle 19C Predefined Roles in an Oracle Database Installation:

    RESOURCE

Be aware that RESOURCE no longer provides the UNLIMITED TABLESPACE system privilege.

    Also:

This role is provided for compatibility with previous releases of Oracle Database.

Note: Oracle recommends that you design your own roles for database security rather than relying on this role. This role may not be created automatically by future releases of Oracle Database.
