SQLcl 22.1 throws error during Liquibase update

Hello all,

the latest version of SQLcl (22.1) throws error "registerOutParameter not implemented" when calling command "lb update" and cannot process the changelogfile further. In addition, it displays messages about insufficient permissions even though all necessary objects have been created inside the schema.
