On compiling Forms from Forms Builder 11g icons are missing
This is a new installation of Forms and Reports 11gr2.
Demo Forms like Webutil demo display icons after compilation but other Forms(specific to client's) after being compiled, have icons missing.
Please suggest a solution to this issue.
Thanks,Ani

A "new" install? Why would you do a new install of an old/obsolete version? If you are new to Forms or you are working for a company that is still using v11, I recommend considering a move to v12. There are loads of new features and general improvements, as well as many bug fixes.
That said, in any web version missing icons/images is generally the result of you not including them. The preferred way to deliver static images for toolbars, buttons, backgrounds, etc is by JAR'g them. Once you have created a Java JAR file that contains your images you will need to sign the JAR file (again refer to the Java docs and or Certificate provider web site) then store this file in \forms\java. Once saved in the correct place on the file system you'll need to add a reference to this file in the ARCHIVE parameter in formsweb.cfg. For example:
archive=frmall.jar, myIcons.jar
