Calling a .sql file from Forms 12C

Hi All,
How do I execute a .sql file from forms and that .sql file is on the application server? Both Forms and App server are 12C.
Thanks

Use the Forms HOST command to call Sql+ or SqlLoader. Refer to the Builder Help for information about using the HOST command.

This means that it didn't change from 6i to 12 c ??
i used this command in 6i
host('PLUS80W scott/[email protected] @e:\INT_OIL\SCRPT_IMPORT_OIL');

If your expectation is that the call will run on the middle tier, then "no"; generally there has been no change to the HOST command. Of course, there is no "plus80w" in the version 12 Oracle Home. You need to reference the newer version, which would be
sqlplus.exe
If you are upgrading from v6, I recommend reading the document titled "Upgrading Oracle Forms 6i Applications" which can be found in the Forms Documentation Library:
https://docs.oracle.com/en/middleware/developer-tools/forms/12.2.1.4/index.html
