<redirect/> tag in 12.2.1.4 does not hide URL

We have <redirect/> tag under a view in an isolated taskflow. It used to hide the URLs parameters in 12.2.1.0 version. Now that we are migrating to 12.2.1.4 , URL seems to be exposed fully showing all the parameters. Does anyone know how to fix this or is it known issue or bug?

    In the navigation rule, you can enable the page redirection by adding a <redirect /> element within the <navigation-case />.

    <navigation-rule>
    	<from-view-id>start.xhtml</from-view-id>
    	<navigation-case>
    		<from-outcome>page1</from-outcome>
    		<to-view-id>page1.xhtml</to-view-id>
    		<redirect />
    	</navigation-case>
    </navigation-rule>

    We have page A from which URL for taskflow is given in the af:link.

    The taskflow has a view Page B under which we have redirect tag as below

    <view id="TestPageB">

       <page>/TestPageB.jsf</page>

       <redirect/>

      </view>

    Is the <view id="TestPageB"> root view port ?

    The <redirect> element of a view activity can be used only if the view activity is within the root view port. The <redirect> element is ignored within the context of an ADF region.
