Auto populate the values in af:selectManyShuttle

I have a requirement to populate the user roles on right side (value )

I have constructed the list and mapped it to value binding to af:selectmanayShuttle but it's not showing in the UI

jdev: 12.2.1.2.0

Can anyone suggest

Requirement:

we should show the roles in the UI and the user will shuttle the roles if he/she wants to add to a particular user

if the selected user already has a few roles then we should show those on the right side and the user can add more if he wants
