Problems with maven.oracle.com

For a few days we have had quite a few problems with access to maven.oracle.com from our nexus3.
Either we get 404 errors or we get corrupt pom or xml files.
We have rebuilt our cache, reconfigured our nexus proxy repository and nothing has worked.
It seems as if there is some node of maven.oracle.com with problems, since the problems are random.
for example, we receive errors of this type:
We do not have oam in front of our nexus3
and we have libraries that we can't cache or download like this:
com/oracle/adf/library/ADF-Library/12.2.1-3-0/ADF-Library-12.2.1-3-0.pom
is there any problem with oracle maven repositories?
Thanks in advance

User, if there are problems with Oracle's maven repository, we canT do anything about it. This is a public forum and I doubt that Oracle is monitoring this thread.
You have two options:
1) you open an SR with support.oracel.com and ask them to investigate
2) you don't use maven.oracle.com at all and push the libraries directly into your nexus repository. This is what we normally do.

Because Maven may have something to do with a Java application developed in JDev, the page clearly explains what the issue is ; Registration is required to access the Oracle Maven Repository:
