How to compare table level changes what was published and current work in progress

I’m using git as version control, what will be the best and easiest way to compare a table which was checked-in last time and I’m currently working on. My end-user expects to see what column has been removed and what column has been added to, in the report form. I’m using data modeller version 21, I tried to create 2 different relational models, one for release 1 and one for release 2 and did the model compare from the tools menu but the HTML report is not very user friendly

it's just a report and it's the only one (in two variants) that is generated.

You can find row data for report in "reports directory"(can be set in preferences) after report is generated - report_data.xml file. You can build your own report based on that file.
