Organizational chart gives 500 internal ICXSessionUtil.checkSession = INVALID
Hi expert,
Oracle has provided ear file to configure organization chart with Oracle EBS.
I deployed the ear file in ADF with Oracle EBS. When i try to access function for the first time i get internal 500 error.
This is what i see in the logfile
MainPageContainerListener: 1.icxCookieStatus = VALID
MainPageContainerListener: sICXSessionUtil.checkSession = INVALID
OrgChartAMImpl : Enter: initMainPage
OrgChartAMImpl : initMainPage*************APPL_SERVER_ID = B6EC2D561F631556E0437C2AD20A33A211171545941920540894393938377354
again i got to homepage and try to access the same function it works fine.
When it connects successfully.

Please assist me on this. I guess some issue with datasource.

I think you should ask this in an EBS related forum like https://community.oracle.com/tech/apps-infra/categories/general_ebs_discussion. I don't see any direct connection to JDev and ADF. Here most users don't know anything about EBS.

yes, this ADF ear file is provided by Oracle.
I deployed this ear file in WLS.
WLS version 10.3.6
ADF version 11.1.1.9

It might be an ADF EAR file, but nobody (or almost nobody) knows anything about it. As I said, EBS has its own forum.
If Oracle provided the EAR, you might want to open an SR for the problem.

The log file is the same when it connects or doesn't. 500 error is a server error.
Could be an issue with ADF integration with EBS. What integration document has been referred?
Was "Integrate Oracle ADF with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 ...." referred?

I have attached the ear file which is provided by oracle.
we just deploy this ear to WSL console.
