Installing Oracle REST Data Services 22.1

I'm trying to install Oracle REST Data Services Release 22.1, on Windows10, but the process is stuck on the following information:

"Oracle REST Data Services java info: Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 17.0.3.1+2-LTS-6"

I've already disabled the firewall but it still doesn't work.

Has anyone experienced this or have an idea of how to fix it?

I get the similar last few lines as you when I start ORDS as standalone.

Your ORDS should be running now, have you tried calling it?
