Oracle charging for Windows Custom Image

Hi team,

IHAC, using custom image of windows. They just came to see, oracle is charging for Windows Custom Image. The Customer is not using windows platform images. Why oracle is charging?

Can you precise which architecture you are using ? Do you have dedicated hardware?
