using HTTPS url that loaded file into another location

Hi Team,

 i have requirements that below

Step1: click the URL https://my.waves.com/:r:/documents%20-/csv%20upload    that loaded and display screen 

step2: here show two files below

aaa.xlsx

bbb.csv

i want to get aaa.xlsx from above url and loaded into  unix Location(/equ/str/loaded)

kindly share the oracle plsql scripts
