Can we use react components in Oracle APEX?

Hi All,
I want to create an automation screen similar to a website named monday.com in Oracle APEX, when I was checking monday.com, I found that it's using react, so my first question is, is it possible to integrate react with APEX, is it a good idea to disturb APEX by integrating react?
The following is the screenshot of the UI which I want to implement
Is it a way to achieve the above UI in Oracle APEX with APEX inbuilt components?

It looks like you want to have a list of actions, right? You can take a look at Menu Popup. Not exactly the same UI, but maybe it does what you want.
Menu Popup - Universal Theme (oracle.com)
I don't know React and I don't know what this component does. Maybe you can describe what you need.
If you really need this, you can probably create this as a plugin, based on React JavaScript and CSS libraries.

@InoL , yes menu is just a part of the entire picture, I want to create a similar UI for When the item is created, and then when the end-user clicks on the + button, it should create a copy of first-line and add a menu item in it. Same in actions below where you see there are 2 actions like Assign to a developer and second one move to the group, there will be + button next to them too to add more actions.
These actions would be dynamic as they will be stored in the database.
