Express Edition 21c installation SEVERE error DBT-10325

Hello all,
trying to install Oracle Express Edition 21c on Windows 10 Professional. The installation fails while executing dbca, it's log file contains a SEVERE log message telling:
[DBT-10325] Database operation type option is not specified
Any help how to fix this, or where to look to analyze the problem appreciated.

Hi Stephan, I assume the installer threw an error telling you to look at the dbca logs?
If not, please let me know what the error from the installer is.
If it did tell you to look at the dbca logs, please zip up the logs in <oracle directory>\cfgtoollogs\dbca and emai them to me at christian dot shay at oracle dot com and I will take a look.
