Please share more information so we can understand the problem:
1 Did this ever work correctly (while using v12)? If so, what has changed?
2 Have you confirmed that Reports is responding outside of Forms?
3 Are you running in Oracle or any vendor Cloud environment?
4 In the Forms environment settings (e.g. default.env) have you set
COMPONENT_CONFIG_PATH
? Here is an example:COMPONENT_CONFIG_PATH=${DOMAIN_HOME}/config/fmwconfig/components/ReportsToolsComponent/<reports_tools_name>
5 If you set the above environment variable, did you use Fusion Middleware Control (FMC) to set it or did you attempt to set it directly in the env file in a text editor? If you did not use FMC, please do so. Making config changes in directly in the file system is not recommended nor is it supported when doing so on files managed by FMC, like the Forms env file(s).
