Which log or trace files can I delete without affecting the database?

I am currently working with oracle 11g on Linux, the drive where the database software is installed is full and I need to debug log or trace files. my question is. Which log or trace files can I delete without affecting the database? At the moment I don't have oracle support, so I don't have access to the information on the support page.
