Issue with Form Layout after recent browser update with latest OJET version 12.1.0

The spacing between form fields is shrinking if we set max-columns to 0 or 1. If it is more than 1 it is working fine. Below I'm sharing screenshots.
This is set to 2 max columns.
This is set to 1
But One thing I Observed in the console. Polyfill.js is missing.
I'm using that single-column form layout in many areas. Need some solution. I sincerely appreciate your help.

This is a bug in Chromium itself. There is fix from the chromium team that so far, looks like they are going to make it available in v104.
