Chrome and Edge on Windows 11 block my Windows JavaScript in Oracle APEX

A few days ago, I bought a new laptop running Windows 11.
I have an application in Oracle APEX with a calendar and when I double-click that calendar a JavaScript window appears to select my client type..
With my old laptop this function works perfectly, also on my new laptop works with FireFox.
But when i double click my calendar from Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, nothing happens.
I'm trying from Chrome settings -> Privacy and Security -> Site Settings -> Additional Permissions - > JavaScript -> Allowed to use JavaScript, but still nothing!
Also my friend's laptop with Windows 11 has the same problem.

Open up the browser tools and look in the console for any report JavaScript errors.

I found it!
pic.pngFrom now on you can only double click on days (the letters of the word day at the top of the calendar), not anywhere else in the calendar.
