Move pieces of RMAN Backup Full from Onpremise to OCI VM

Dear Community, Blessings and Greetings.
Dear, please I require your kind guidance on the following:
At the end of the month, every month, I have to restore a 4TB Oracle Database on an OCI VM, it takes me many hours to SCP the RMAN pieces from the Onpremise server to the OCI VM. We do not have a license from Golden Gate to use ZDM, so I would like to ask if you know of any method that will allow me to restore this OCI Database in less time, or if there is any method to copy RMAN parts from Onpremise to OCI much faster? .
My client sometimes extends the bandwidth of the Onpremise server, but he can't do this all the time, so I would like to know if I can use any strategy to clone this DB to OCI much faster.
Thanks and blessings.
