ORDS 20.3 installation incomplete.

Hello,
Database: Orcle 18c express edition
oracle apex is : 20.2
and am trying to install ords20.3 version in my local machine.. installation is not completing..
it just initiated but not completed.. at this stage am able to open apex workspace.
Kindly help me out to get it complete.
and attaching the ords installtion process file.

your log shows no problems
your post shows no details on what is not working
if you installed APEX first, and then ORDS, you should be good.
you may need to run java -jar ords.war validate
you DEFINITELY need to get a newer version of ORDS
Please don't post multiple times on the forum for one question.
