Hello Team Members,

Whenever a Non-Admin user is trying to execute any HFR Report in EPBCS applicaiton, we are facing a unique error, Error executing query: Unable to load the following resource: Index: 0, Size: 0 (error screenshot shared below)

Kindly guide us with the root cause or a resolution for this issue.
