Unable to attach a block volume to my OCI instance

Hi,

My apologies in advance if this question was already answered but I couldn't find anything.

I have an OCI Free Tier account (trial expired) and I have one instance only as follows:

• Shape: VM.Standard.A1.Flex

• OCPU count: 4

• Memory: 24GB

• Boot volume: 1 x 47GB (default)

I can create a block volume (any size), however the minute I try to attach it to my instance I receive a weird error message at the top of the bar saying "Oops! An unexpected problem occurred. Please refresh your browser" (see screenshots below):

This is a very simple task which I have done almost hundreds of time.

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Used Google Chrome (last version) from more than one computer
2. Cleared the cache and deleted the cookies
3. Waited 7 hours and tried again

Can please someone help me or give me an hint? I really don't know what to do at this point.
