I have a legacy application, which is no longer supported.
The application makes a SQL query that has burdened the base, as we do not have access to the source, I would like to set a plan to force the use of an index.
Oracle 11g.

If you have license to the Diagnostic Pack, then you can make use of SQL Profile or SQL Plan Management.

OP can use baseline instead of SQL Profile. Baseline, AFAIK, doesn't require license.
