Is there a way to access #MRI_COUNT#, #MRU_COUNT# and #MRD_COUNT# with PLSQL/JavaScript in APEX?

Hello erveryone,
I'm looking for a way to access the substitution strings which are mentioned in the help for success messages in plsql process or with JavaScript. Is there a way to do this or do I have to create page items for this and count these operations on my own?
