Can anyone share the patch details of latest PSU patch for 19c database?

    Hey,

    I am new to this!

    When I searched for the recommended patches of 19c database, I did not find any patch mentioning PSU in its name, All I found is one cumulative patch "34130714 - GI Release Update 19.16.0.0.220719"

    Am I applying the correct patch? If yes, Can you please provide the steps to apply? If No, Can you give me the correct PSU patch details for 19c?

    Hi,

    Here You can find the bugs fixed in each RU:

    Note 2523221.1Grid Infrastructure 19 Release Updates and Revisions Bugs Fixed Lists

    Doc ID 2867871.1 will show the latest patches for Oracle Database 19 available.

    Depending on the environment (GI or standalone database) You may choose to install:

    1) either ComboPatch OJVM+GIRU or OJVM+DBRU

    Combo OJVM Release Update 19.16.0.0.220719 and Database Release Update 19.16.0.0.220719 Patch 34160831 for UNIX,

    or

    Combo OJVM Release Update 19.16.0.0.220719 and GI Release Update 19.16.0.0.220719 Patch 34160854

    but You may choose to install it separately:

    1a) or: (GIRU or DB PSU) + OJVM separately

    Database Release Update 19.16.0.0.220719 Patch 34133642 for UNIX,

    or

    GI Release Update 19.16.0.0.220719 Patch 34130714,

    and

    OJVM Release Update 19.16.0.0.220719 Patch 34086870 for all platforms

    2) Java patch; JDK8u341 Patch 34113634

    3) Perl patch: Perl Patch 33912872

    Each of those patches has Readme.txt or Readme.html showing steps and prerequisites needed to be checked before patch can be applied. Please follow them accordingly.
