Error creating node pool

in Containers
I have the following error, the creation of the cluster(quick start) was ok but the node pool at default settings gets this error
Node launch failure: (500, InternalError, false) Out of host capacity.
I have tried to create the node pool in different days(because is 500 I though it could be temporary) and still get the error
