Unable to set Hyperlink and Cell Style on the same cell in SXSSF workbook

In SXSSF workbook, for a particular case, I have to implement hyperlink in a cell along with cellStyle.
However, if I set both the properties (i.e hyperlink and cellStyle) then cellStyle property is ignored and only hyperlink text is displayed with default styling in exported file. Cell stying works fine in other cases, but when clubbed with hyperlink, it fails.
