The tables are not shown in the form

I have created tables in the work space, those are not shown in the oracle apex application inside a form.
please find attached screenshot for reference.

please edit your profile to have a human readable user name.
describe the problem with some details. i can't open because this file can be harmful. screenshots should not be in these types of files, if it necessary to post screenshot, then copy & paste it. these types of document files can contain malicious codes to harm system while downloading.
now, help seniors to help you (i am not senior here) what you are doing where apex should show the "tables inside a form"? and share the credentials of your workspace, this way you should have solutions soon.

User name is updated. Adding more details and attaching screenshot here.
Steps to replicate :
- Open the page containing a form
- go to source section
- select location : Local database; type : table/View ; table owner : Parsing schema
- Click on the 2 dots to select table
- In the pick table name window, it shows as loading - however None of the tables which are available in Workspace are shown here
