The latest versions provided by Oracle for Solaris 11.3 are python 3.4.10 and 2.7.16. No new versions are provided for Solaris 11.3 since it left Premier Support in 2018, only bug fix updates to the existing versions. You can of course download the Python source code and build it yourself for Solaris, without Oracle's involvement.

Much newer versions are also available for Solaris 11.4, which is under Premier Support until 2031. Those include Python 3.9 & 3.7 now, with work in progress to add 3.11 for a future Support Repository Update (SRU).

The python versions provided by Oracle are available in the Solaris support package repository for customers with current support contracts. For Solaris 11.3, see MOS document 2433413.1 for details.
