ORA-12518, TNS:listener could not hand off client connection

in Database Installation

Hi, I am first using the Oracle database and the first time that I'm going to connect with the database, I've encountered this problem:

An error was encountered performing the requested operation:


Listener refused the connection with the following error:

ORA-12518, TNS:listener could not hand off client connection

 (CONNECTION_ID=oSwOePB1Roa6rvGvbfhqcA==)


Vendor code 12518

May I know what problem is it? And is there any solution on it?

    Hi,

    What is your OS and Oracle version? Could you show the output of lsnrctl status and listener.log?

    Could you check this Doc?
