Hi All,
I want to improve my SQL skills and for that whatever I want to practice with different scenario. It would be great if someone share their experience on it.

It's not clear what you want. The subject line you chose says "Oracle SQL Practice Platform", but whatever the body of the message says, it doesn't say anything about a platform.
If you're looking for a database where you can practice, then try
You can also install Oracle on your own computer. There's no charge if you're only using the database for learning.

To add to the above, you can always have a go at trying to resolve people's issues posted on this forum (even if you don't post the answers you get) as that's a great way to learn about real-life issues and learn from experts how to go about resolving them.
