SQLException: Missing IN or OUT parameter at index:: 2
Hey everybody! I am creating an app in jdeveloper version 12.2.1.0.0
When the sql request is executed, there is such an error in the logs. Help, I can not understand what is the problem?

Can you tell us your exact JDev version, please?
Your query has two parameters, :p_zipcode_cur and :p_index.
The log tells you that only one parameter having the value of 220051, was given. As the second parameter is missing, you get the error from the SQL execution.
Check where the query is called and pass the second parameter. This should fix the error.
