Cannot run adffacesdemo in JDeveloper 11.1 because of bug6235486

Hello,

When I try to run the adffacesdemo in jdeveloper 11g, I get an error about bug6235486. To workaround that issue what I've done is commented 3 following managed beans: bug6235486Bean, bug6235486Event and bug6437844Event in the faces-config.xml file. However I wonder why we get that error and how to really fix it so that the application works as implemented. Thank you for your feedback,

Gregory

    gory,

according to the bug description, the work around is for the user to use the mouse to set the radio groups. The bug is fixed meanwhile. The fix becomes available with the first planned maintenance release this year

    Frank,

Thank you for this update! So the app doesn't need to use those Managed Bean? Do you plan to publish a sample application that works with Jdev 11g?

Can you check if your run into the problem you are mentioning when using this file instead:
    http://download.oracle.com/otn/java/jdeveloper/11g/extensions/adf-richclient-demo.war

    Shay,

Awesome. It works like a charm!

What did you do? http://download.oracle.com/otn/java/jdeveloper/11/extensions/adf-richclient-demo.war is the URL from the doc and the one I downloaded 2 days ago from OTN!

Anyway... That's exactly what I was looking for. Thank you very much.
