How to make ADF PanelPage as Template

Im Harry this is my first post.

I wanna know how to make PanelPage to be template.

So when i drag PanelPage component, it already have have my company logo as a header, application name as title. etc ..

How can i do that ?

Maybe you should ask your friend why he thinks CSS will solve your issue?

Are you talking 10.1.3 or 11? If you are using 11 then you can use the JSF templating mechanism.
