How to make ADF PanelPage as Template

Hi,
Im Harry this is my first post.
I wanna know how to make PanelPage to be template.
So when i drag PanelPage component, it already have have my company logo as a header, application name as title. etc ..
How can i do that ?

Maybe you should ask your friend why he thinks CSS will solve your issue?
