<mapID target="something" url="someurl.html" /> bug

Howdy
The mapID tag expects single space separation between the target and url attributes.

eg:
<mapID target="something"{singlespace}url="someurl" /> if more spaces are there, then it says
"BrowserDisplay:Error displaying topic" or TopicID not found in the previewHelpSetViewer {ie.. i opened my
helpset file using helpsetDemo.bat to test the links}

I believe this is consequence of the XML parser currently used to examine all of the help control files. The XML parser is just a few K in size because we were initially very concerned about download size. However, we plan to replace the parser with a more robust one sometime in the OHJ 4.2.x branch.
