Hi,

I'm looking for a possibility to edit cells of a pivot table and found this http://rea.oracle.com/faces/index (Sandbox --> Visualization --> Featured Demos --> Editable Pivot Table).
The about dialog displays version 11.1.1.0.0.

This demo is very close to the thing I am looking for!
Is it possible to post the most important pieces of code of this demo?

In the demo application you have to double-click into a cell to enable input (or selectonechoice-component).
Is it possible to do this with only a single-click (or when focus is in the cell)?

regards
Peter

    Hi Peter,

Did you notice the "View Page Source" link in the upper-right-hand corner of the demo page? ;)

    Best,

    Hi John,

No, I missed this link :-(
    Thank you !

But there seems to be no way to show the dvt:datacell content after a single mouse click or even always, isn't it?
(This would make editing of pivot easier more comfortable).

An alternative way for an editable pivot table would be a af:table with dynamically created columns.

Does anyone has pros and contras ?

    regards
    Peter
