Export test in OTM

I see Export under tools Menu in page 261 of OTMTestManagerUsersGuide.pdf 8.50. HOwever I cannot see where this is in the application?

Can I actually Export/import test and requirements?

I didn't find the corresponding parameter in that link, maybe there is no function on that.
