hi,

I have a script in which i have to brows a file from my System,
I dont know why I am Facing inpredictable behaviour everytime,it sometime picks that file
while playback and next time not.
I want that file to picked every time I played back.

what file is it, where is it located?

I have sometimes seen problems it the path to the file contains blank spaces, try putting the file in the root of you hard drive e.g c:\files

Hi alex,


It is generally a PDF or image file.
I have created a folder in C: drive and then store it there only.
but the problem is still there.
I am not even able to predict in which playback it pickup the file
and in which it will not.

If it is a dialog you need to the use the Options -> Dialog Manager. If the dialog is callled you can use an Action simliar to

[File name:] "c:\file.txt" [Open] {Enter}

There is still some JavaScript code that will generate that dialog box, if you can find it please copy it here.

Also make sure that they entry for this dialog box is on the top of the list under dialog manager.

hi,

It just stops playingback and error is like TIMEOUT after last event played.
