I can at this time download this link from your post from windows firefox by right-click, save link as, File type ALL-FILES.
Doesnt mean that's right.

Hi chris;Can someone please have a look ? The link I followed wasWhen i clicked upper link it asks me "Do you want to open or save this file?"
