Problem Installing Solaris Studio 12.X on Solaris 11.2

The response to

$ sudo pkg set-publisher  \  -k ~/Desktop/pkg.oracle.com.key.pem \  -c ~/Desktop/pkg.oracle.com.certificate.pem \ -G '*" -g https://pkg.oracle.com/solarisstudio/release solarisstudio

is

pkg set-publisher: only one publisher name may be specified

solarisstudio isn't added as a publisher.

I'm running Solaris 11.2 in a VirtualBox session on a Dell T1500 running Windows 7 64 bit.  Please help with any suggestions.  Thanks.
