Connecting Excel to Oracle 11g- getting below error

I created DSN and tested it is working. But when i try to connect from excel 2013 64 bit - getting error

I got fixed today . .Now i am able to connect to Oracle Database.
My pc is :
Windows 8 64 bit
Database is Oracle 11g 64 bit.
Excel is 2013 - 32 bit.
Excel part i forgot to recheck . I should install oracle 32bit client so , it it working. Thanks . For steps...pl check

Hi,
Make sure you start Excel.exe from command prompt where you have set required environment variables (like ORACLE_HOME, ORACLE_SID/TWO_TASK/LOCAL, TNS_ADMIN etc). If you don't want start it from command prompt, you can have those environment variables in Windows system settings.

First of all , thanks for everyone to spend your time for my help.
Please note that after long days of search , i able to fix the issue.
Here is the issue and fix
OD : Windows 8 64 bit.
DB: Oracle 11g 64 bit
Oracle client : 64 Bit

But my excel is 32 bit ( 2013 -professional plus). (off late we realize it).

So i installed Oracle 32 bit client and is working now.
